How do I change my booking?

1. Log in to your Ejbla account.
2. Click on your profile picture at the top right and select "My bookings".
3. Click on "Cancellation and rebooking". There you then continue your changes based on whether you want to change the date, transfer your place or cancel your place.

Can I rebook or cancel my seat?

Normally you may cancel/change your booking 10 days prior to the event. But some organizers have different rules. See what applies to the event in your booking confirmation or on the course page.

Can I transfer my seat?

You can always transfer your booking to a friend, colleague or family member. This is completely free of charge and can be done up until the start of the event. You need to take care of the renumeration yourself.
